By swapping IXT to Astro Gold in Astro Capital A.O.C have the possibility to activate more tiles in Mission Control, maximising your Planet IX farming capabilities. 

It is important to never run out of Astro Gold as this pauses the additional tiles that you are using. If this happens you will be forced to claim all of your energy and waste when you reactivate them. As energy is accumulated over a longer period of time you could potentially lose energy and waste.  

What happens to the Astro Gold that you pay for the additional tiles?

• 25% to Territory Staking
• 18.95% gets burned
• 10% to the future Arena Contract
• 5% to Amelia Foundation (Planet IX Sustainability Fund)
• 1% to Astro Capital
• 0.05% to future affiliate system

Astro Gold Lite 

We will soon introduce Astro Gold Lite to the ecosystem of Planet IX. Astro Gold and Astro Gold Lite have the same in-game utility; however, Astro Gold Lite cannot be swapped for IXT. Astro Gold Lite can be won in competitions, airdropped by Planet IX and will be part of future packs. 

NewLands Genesis NFT holders

Remember that NewLands Genesis NFT holders can activate these additional tiles free of charge but only if the Genesis NFT is staked. Staking is possible in the NewLands shop.
